Find And Replace in Open Office

How can we find a word(s), text(s), number(s), or maybe we want to replace some text or value with the other value(s) in Open Office Calc?

Below i will show how to do that.
First thing you must do is always open a document(s) you have. After that, you click the "Find and Replace" button on the toolbar to open the Find and Replace Window, or you can use the shortcut as "Ctrl+f" on keyboard until the Find and Replace window appear. See the picture below :

When it shown, then you fill the Search For Input Box with the word, value, or number you want to find. Then you click Find (Ctrl+f), and the similar or match word will be blocked.

To Replace some word or Value(s) you can follow the step above, but when the Find and Replace window appear, do this step :

1. Fill the Search For Input box with word you want.

2. Then fill the Replace with input box with the word(s) you want also.

3. When you have done, then click the Replace button to replace the first matched word, or you can click the REPLACE ALL to replace entire word that have matched.

That's all we can do to Find And Replace on Open Office calc.

See you later
