1. How to create new file.
You can create new Open Office Calc by run the open office calc just like my first post in this blog. The other way is when you have run the Open Office Calc and have some document, you can use the NEW button on the toolbar (CTRL+N) as the following picture show :
The default name is Untitled X, where X is the number begin with 1.
2. Open File :
You can use many ways too to open the Open Office documents. First you can do it by double click your file/documents so it will be automatically open the file. The other way is when you have run the Open Office documents, just click the OPEN button on the Toolbar (Ctrl+O), and then you just locate where you save the file you would like to open. When you have done just click the OPEN button on the window.

3. Save File / Documents
As Default your documents will be saved as .odf extention. But you can directly save your documents as .xls, .pdf, and other format you want. You can save your documents with clicking the SAVE button or shortcut = "Ctrl+S" button. Then the save window will show. Fill the documents name on name file, and choose the format of documents you want to be saved. The last you click the save button.

You can use the save as feature to save your documents on different formats.
